Our company's shipping tests have not revealed any problems. The cause is likely deterioration of the bacterial solution (spore suspension). Spore solutions that have been prepared a long time ago will have reduced germination ability. Repeated freezing and thawing, as well as irregular temperature control, can also be contributing factors. Please check with a fresh bacterial solution.
