Inheriting the highly uniform and high-quality nanofiber spinning technology cultivated with "NANON," and responding to customer feedback, we have achieved even more powerful and practical spinning performance.
Features
- NANON has increased the spinning distance from a maximum of 150 mm to 250 mm. This resolves the issues caused by insufficient distance and enables high-precision spinning with reduced spatter.
- The chamber capacity has been increased (approximately 3.8 times larger). The expanded internal space improves the density of fibers. Cleaning has also been significantly improved.
- It can be equipped with two syringe pumps. It is possible to spin special fibers, such as core-sheath structures, using two types of solutions.
- The power output has been increased from 30 kV to 40 kV, allowing for compatibility with a wider range of materials and conditions.
- The chamber's interior is constructed entirely of stainless steel, making it ideal for medical and other applications.
- Capable of mounting 11 spinnerets. Efficiently produces a variety of nanofibers (increased production volume).

Choose from φ100W200, φ200W200, and Φ200W30. Nonwoven fabrics and oriented nanofibers can be created by changing the rotation speed.
