High-speed, highly uniform spinning achieved with a multi-jet nozzle.
The NW-103 is a machine specifically designed for nonwoven fabric spinning, and it spins fibers with diameters ranging from tens of nanometers to several micrometers using the electrospinning method with various materials such as PVDF, PAN, and PVA.
Features
- Multi-jet spinnerets (MJS) with a number of holes corresponding to the solution are arranged in four or six rows of rails, and a membrane with an effective width of 600 mm is spun at high speed.
- We have adopted a high-performance collector that can transport thick substrates and films without tearing them.
- By applying a negative high voltage of -10kV to the collector (conveyor belt), nonwoven fabrics with a thickness of 100μm or more can be manufactured. (Patented)
- The operation unit (touch panel) allows you to easily input various values related to spinning and operate the machine.
- By combining this system with a Roll-to-Roll unit, environmental control system, etc., it can be used as both a standalone machine and a production machine.
- It is equipped with features such as an interlock for high voltage application, door lock, tempered glass, instantaneous high-voltage discharge, pre-filter, and emergency stop switch, ensuring safe operation.
