NANON is the standard model of nanofiber electrospinning equipment for research and development. By combining system parts such as spinnerets and collectors and setting spinning conditions, it can spin various materials into nanofibers, and is used by many customers.

Drum Collector
Choose from φ100W200, φ200W200, and Φ200W30. Nonwoven fabrics and oriented nanofibers can be created by changing the rotation speed.

Fabrication of tubular nanofiber structures

Disk collector
Fabricated bundles of oriented nanofibers.

Y-axis movable collector (+ controller)
The plate collector is movable in the Y-axis direction (stroke: ±25 mm).
